Born and raised in the Mount Washington neighborhood of Pittsburgh, PA, Christo Salimbene brings over 18 years of hands-on construction industry experience to his role as Operations Manager. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for reliability, practical problem-solving, and leading teams with a steady, solutions-focused approach. Christo’s journey has taken him across the country, including several memorable years living the island life in Hawaii. These experiences have shaped his adaptable leadership style and broad perspective, allowing him to connect easily with diverse teams and projects in various environments. As Operations Manager, Christo is known for keeping projects organized, efficient, and moving forward while maintaining a positive and collaborative work atmosphere. He takes pride in building strong relationships and ensuring that both clients and team members feel supported every step of the way. Outside of work, Christo enjoys spending time outdoors, tackling projects around the house, and making the most of every opportunity to play and explore with his wife, Kelsey, and their two children, Baz and Billie.
Lucas Mueser is a Project Manager at Revive Flooring & Paint. He grew up in Bethel Park and graduated from Bethel Park High School. Sports have always been a big part of his life, especially hockey and golf. Lucas is a die hard Steelers Fan which can be an emotional roller coaster most of the time (as any true fan knows). Lucas has always worked in construction, specifically carpentry. He has traditionally been the one with the tool belt on, so he is very excited to take it off and grow in his next chapter here at Revive. Away from work and sports, Lucas is a proud husband and father of 2 beautiful children. His five-year-old daughter is feisty in all the best ways. His four-year-old son wants to do everything he does. Lucas attributes his beautiful wife as the glue to his family and when she is not running their lives, she runs her own hair salon. He could not be prouder to call her his wife.
Tristian Halligan is a Pittsburgh native born and raised in Mount Lebanon and a graduate of Mount Lebanon High School. He worked in the construction industry for over a decade before joining the team at Revive Flooring & Paint in January 2026. Outside of the office, Tristian is a huge sports fan. He loves to golf and attend Steelers and Pirates games.
Julia was born and raised west of the city of Pittsburgh in Beaver County, PA. She is an alumna of Slippery Rock and West Virginia Universities where she studied marketing communications and nonprofit management. Julia’s marketing experience began in the nonprofit sector and she has worked in the building materials / construction space ever since. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, cheering on Pittsburgh sports teams, and traveling the world. If you hear Julia is out of office, she is likely collecting another passport stamp!
